Peniche Surf Spot Guide

peniche surf spot guide

For us, the easiest way to orient yourself in Peniche is to think of it as a giant turtle paddling out into the Atlantic and pulling the rest of Europe along on its back.

And if the walled town centre (or peninsula with its natural tidal moat) is its head, then the long beaches stretching out on either side of it are its front flippers.

It’s a good way to get to know where the numerous surf spots are in relation to one another and everything else.

For more information on each of the individual spots, see our Peniche Surf Spot Guide below.

Enjoy and feel free to get in touch if you have any questions.
